หมวด ๑๐ บทกำหนดโทษ

ในกรณีที่สหกรณ์กระทำความผิดตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ กรรมการหรือผู้จัดการของสหกรณ์ซึ่งเป็นผู้ลงมติให้สหกรณ์ดำเนินการหรืองดเว้นการดำเนินการ หรือเป็นผู้ดำเนินการหรือรับผิดชอบในการดำเนินการนั้น ได้กระทำผิดหน้าที่ของตนด้วยประการใด ๆ โดยทุจริต ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่หนึ่งปีถึงห้าปี และปรับไม่เกินห้าแสนบาท
