ข้อบังคับของสหกรณ์ที่ใช้บังคับอยู่ในวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ ยังคงใช้บังคับต่อไปเท่าที่ไม่ขัดหรือแย้งกับพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ให้คณะกรรมการดำเนินการสหกรณ์ คงดำรงตำแหน่งต่อไปจนกว่าจะครบวาระตามที่กำหนดไว้ในข้อบังคับของสหกรณ์นั้น โดยให้ถือว่าเป็นการดำรงตำแหน่งในวาระแรก
