ส่วนที่ ๒ นายทะเบียนสหกรณ์

ให้อธิบดีกรมส่งเสริมสหกรณ์เป็นนายทะเบียนสหกรณ์ ให้นายทะเบียนสหกรณ์แต่งตั้งข้าราชการในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ซึ่งดำรงตำแหน่งไม่ต่ำกว่าผู้อำนวยการกองหรือเทียบเท่าเป็นรองนายทะเบียนสหกรณ์ มีอำนาจหน้าที่ตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในพระราชบัญญัตินี้หรือตามที่นายทะเบียนสหกรณ์มอบหมาย การแต่งตั้งตามวรรคสองให้ประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา
