ส่วนที่ ๓ การกำกับดูแลสหกรณ์

ถ้าที่ประชุมใหญ่หรือที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการดำเนินการสหกรณ์ลงมติอันเป็นการฝ่าฝืนกฎหมาย ข้อบังคับ ระเบียบของสหกรณ์ ระเบียบหรือคำสั่งของนายทะเบียนสหกรณ์ ให้นายทะเบียนสหกรณ์หรือรองนายทะเบียนสหกรณ์มีอำนาจสั่งยับยั้งหรือเพิกถอนมตินั้นได้
