สมาชิกอาจทำหนังสือตั้งบุคคลหนึ่งหรือหลายคนเป็นผู้รับโอนประโยชน์ในเงินค่าหุ้น เงินฝาก หรือเงินอื่นใดจากสหกรณ์เมื่อตนถึงแก่ความตาย โดยมอบไว้แก่สหกรณ์เป็นหลักฐาน
