ส่วนที่ ๓ การดำเนินงานของสหกรณ์

การรับเงินอุดหนุนหรือทรัพย์สินจากทางราชการ หน่วยงานของต่างประเทศหรือบุคคลอื่นใด ถ้าการให้เงินอุดหนุนหรือทรัพย์สินนั้นกำหนดไว้เพื่อการใดให้ใช้เพื่อการนั้น แต่ถ้ามิได้กำหนดไว้ให้จัดสรรเงินอุดหนุนหรือทรัพย์สินนั้นเป็นทุนสำรองของสหกรณ์
