ส่วนที่ ๓ การดำเนินงานของสหกรณ์

ให้คณะกรรมการดำเนินการสหกรณ์เป็นผู้ดำเนินกิจการและเป็นผู้แทนสหกรณ์ในกิจการอันเกี่ยวกับบุคคลภายนอก เพื่อการนี้คณะกรรมการดำเนินการสหกรณ์จะมอบหมายให้กรรมการคนหนึ่งหรือหลายคนหรือผู้จัดการทำการแทนก็ได้
