หมวด ๕ การควบสหกรณ์เข้ากัน

สหกรณ์ตั้งแต่สองสหกรณ์อาจควบเข้ากันเป็นสหกรณ์เดียวได้ โดยมติแห่งที่ประชุมใหญ่ของแต่ละสหกรณ์ และต้องได้รับความเห็นชอบจากนายทะเบียนสหกรณ์ ในการขอความเห็นชอบของนายทะเบียนสหกรณ์ให้ส่งสำเนารายงานการประชุมใหญ่ของสหกรณ์ที่ลงมติให้ควบเข้ากันไปด้วย
