หมวด ๒ คณะกรรมการกองทุนฟื้นฟูและพัฒนาเกษตรกร
(๑) ตาย
(๒) ลาออก
(๓) เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย
(๔) คณะกรรมการมีมติให้ออกด้วยคะแนนเสียงสามในสี่ของจำนวนกรรมการทั้งหมด
(๕) เป็นคนไร้ความสามารถหรือคนเสมือนไร้ความสามารถ
(๖) ได้รับโทษจำคุกโดยคำพิพากษาถึงที่สุดให้จำคุก
(๗) มีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามมาตรา ๑๔
