หมวด ๔ การควบคุมการประกอบโรคศิลปะ

ผู้ประกอบโรคศิลปะมีหน้าที่แจ้งวิธีการประกอบโรคศิลปะให้ผู้ป่วยทราบ และให้ผู้ป่วยมีสิทธิในการเลือกวิธีการบำบัดโรคที่จะใช้กับตน เว้นแต่ในกรณีฉุกเฉิน
