หมวด ๔ การควบคุมการประกอบโรคศิลปะ

ภายใต้บังคับมาตรา ๓๐ ห้ามมิให้ผู้ประกอบโรคศิลปะซึ่งอยู่ในระหว่างถูกสั่งพักใช้ใบอนุญาตหรือถูกสั่งเพิกถอนใบอนุญาตทำการประกอบโรคศิลปะหรือกระทำด้วยประการใด ๆ ให้ผู้อื่นเข้าใจว่าตนเป็นผู้มีสิทธิทำการประกอบโรคศิลปะนับแต่วันที่ทราบคำสั่งพักใช้ใบอนุญาตหรือสั่งเพิกถอนใบอนุญาตนั้น
