สิทธิและหน้าที่ตามการเช่าให้ตกทอดแก่ทายาทได้ และผู้เช่าจะให้เช่าช่วง หรือโอนสิทธิการเช่าไม่ว่าทั้งหมดหรือแต่บางส่วนให้แก่บุคคลภายนอกก็ได้ เว้นแต่จะกำหนดไว้เป็นอย่างอื่นในสัญญาเช่า
