หมวด ๙เทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา

ผู้เรียนมีสิทธิได้รับการพัฒนาขีดความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษาในโอกาสแรกที่ทำได้ เพื่อให้มีความรู้และทักษะเพียงพอที่จะใช้เทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษาในการแสวงหาความรู้ด้วยตนเองได้อย่างเนื่องตลอดชีวิต
