หมวด ๒ ตุลาการศาลปกครอง

ตุลาการประจำศาลปกครองชั้นต้น ให้ได้รับเงินเดือน ชั้น ๑ และให้ได้รับประโยชน์ตอบแทนอื่นเช่นเดียวกับตุลาการศาลปกครองชั้นต้น แต่ไม่มีสิทธิได้รับเงินประจำตำแหน่ง ให้นำความในมาตรา ๓๐ วรรคสี่และวรรคห้า มาใช้บังคับกับตุลาการประจำศาลปกครองชั้นต้นโดยอนุโลม
