หมวด ๒ การขออนุญาตและการออกใบอนุญาต

ในการค้ายางแต่ละครั้ง ผู้ซื้อยาง ผู้ขายยาง หรือผู้แลกเปลี่ยนยางต้องตรวจใบอนุญาตค้ายาง จดเลขที่ใบอนุญาตค้ายางของแต่ละฝ่าย และจดปริมาณยางที่ซื้อขายหรือแลกเปลี่ยนกันไว้เพื่อเป็นหลักฐานในการทำบัญชีตามมาตรา ๒๓
