หมวด ๓ หน้าที่ของผู้รับใบอนุญาต

ในกรณีที่ผู้รับใบอนุญาตโอนกิจการให้บุคคลอื่น และใบอนุญาตยังไม่สิ้นอายุ ผู้รับโอนต้องยื่นคำขอรับใบอนุญาตต่อผู้อนุญาตภายในหกสิบวันนับแต่วันที่รับโอน และให้ประกอบกิจการนั้นต่อไปได้จนกว่าจะได้รับใบอนุญาตใหม่
