(๑) ตาย
(๒) ลาออก
(๓) เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย
(๔) เป็นคนไร้ความสามารถหรือคนเสมือนไร้ความสามารถ
(๕) ถูกจำคุกโดยคำพิพากษาถึงที่สุดให้จำคุก
(๖) ขาดคุณสมบัติหรือมีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามมาตรา ๖
