หมวด ๓ การคุ้มครองพันธุ์พืชใหม่

ในการขายหรือจำหน่ายด้วยประการใด ซึ่งส่วนขยายพันธุ์ของพันธุ์พืชใหม่ ผู้ทรงสิทธิในพันธุ์พืชใหม่ต้องแสดงเครื่องหมายให้ปรากฏที่ส่วนขยายพันธุ์ของพันธุ์พืชใหม่ภาชนะบรรจุ หรือหีบห่อของส่วนขยายพันธุ์ของพันธุ์พืชใหม่ เครื่องหมายตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้เป็นไปตามแบบที่อธิบดีกำหนด
