หมวด ๔ การคุ้มครองพันธุ์พืชพื้นเมืองเฉพาะถิ่น
(๑) เป็นพันธุ์พืชที่มีอยู่เฉพาะในท้องที่ใดท้องที่หนึ่งภายในราชอาณาจักรเท่านั้น
(๒) เป็นพันธุ์พืชที่ไม่เคยจดทะเบียนเป็นพันธุ์พืชใหม่
