หมวด ๖ กองทุนคุ้มครองพันธุ์พืช

ให้จัดสรรเงินจากกองทุนคุ้มครองพันธุ์พืชในส่วนที่ได้รับจากการใช้ประโยชน์พันธุ์พืชพื้นเมืองทั่วไปตามข้อตกลงแบ่งปันผลประโยชน์ตามมาตรา ๕๒ ให้แก่องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นที่เป็นแหล่งที่นำพันธุ์พืชพื้นเมืองทั่วไปมาใช้ประโยชน์ตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และอัตราที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง
