ส่วนที่ ๑ สภาเมืองพัทยา
(๑) ประธานสภาเมืองพัทยาพ้นจากตำแหน่ง
(๒) ประธานสภาเมืองพัทยามีคำสั่งให้พ้นจากตำแหน่ง
(๓) ตาย
(๔) ลาออก โดยยื่นหนังสือลาออกต่อประธานสภาเมืองพัทยา
(๕) ต้องคำพิพากษาให้จำคุกและถูกคุมขังอยู่โดยหมายของศาล
