ภาษีบำรุงท้องที่ ภาษีโรงเรือนและที่ดิน ภาษีป้าย และอากรการฆ่าสัตว์และค่าธรรมเนียมรวมถึงผลประโยชน์อื่นอันเกิดจากการฆ่าสัตว์ในเขตเมืองพัทยา ให้เมืองพัทยาจัดเก็บเป็นรายได้ของเมืองพัทยาตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการนั้น
