หมวด ๑ การบริหารงานบุคคลในองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัด
(๑) ตาย
(๒) ลาออก โดยยื่นหนังสือลาออกต่อประธานกรรมการ
(๓) เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย
(๔) เป็นคนไร้ความสามารถหรือเสมือนไร้ความสามารถ
(๕) ขาดคุณสมบัติหรือมีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามมาตรา ๖ (๖) ได้รับโทษจำคุกโดยคำพิพากษาถึงที่สุดให้จำคุก
