หมวด ๒ การคุ้มครองและส่งเสริมภูมิปัญญาการแพทย์แผนไทย
(๑) เป็นผู้คิดค้นตำรับยาแผนไทยหรือตำราการแพทย์แผนไทย
(๒) เป็นผู้ปรับปรุงหรือพัฒนาตำรับยาแผนไทยหรือตำราการแพทย์แผนไทย
(๓) เป็นผู้สืบทอดตำรับยาแผนไทยหรือตำราการแพทย์แผนไทย
