(๑) ตาย
(๒) ลาออก
(๓) คณะกรรมการมีมติให้พ้นจากสมาชิกภาพเพราะขาดคุณสมบัติตามมาตรา ๑๒ สำหรับกรณีสมาชิกสามัญและสมาชิกวิสามัญ แล้วแต่กรณี
(๔) ที่ประชุมใหญ่สภาวิศวกรมีมติเพิกถอนการแต่งตั้งให้เป็นสมาชิกกิตติมศักดิ์
(๕) ไม่ชำระค่าจดทะเบียนสมาชิกหรือค่าบำรุงโดยไม่มีเหตุอันควรตามที่กำหนดในข้อบังคับสภาวิศวกร
(๖) สภาวิศวกรมีมติเพิกถอนใบอนุญาตตามมาตรา ๖๔
