นักมวยที่จดทะเบียนแล้วต้องสังกัดค่ายมวยใดค่ายมวยหนึ่งในการชกแต่ละครั้งแต่เพียงค่ายมวยเดียว และต้องปฏิบัติตามระเบียบของค่ายมวยที่ได้รับความเห็นชอบของคณะกรรมการโดยเคร่งครัด ข้อตกลงจำกัดไม่ให้นักมวยย้ายสังกัดค่ายมวยเป็นโมฆะ เว้นแต่จะเป็นไปตามระเบียบที่คณะกรรมการกำหนด
