หมวด ๒ สมาชิก

ในการประชุมใหญ่สภาสถาปนิก ถ้าสมาชิกสามัญมาประชุมไม่ครบจำนวนหนึ่งร้อยคนและการประชุมใหญ่นั้นได้เรียกตามคำร้องขอของสมาชิกก็ให้งดประชุม แต่ถ้าเป็นการประชุมใหญ่ที่สมาชิกมิได้เป็นผู้ร้องขอ ให้เลื่อนการประชุมนั้นออกไป โดยให้นายกสภาสถาปนิกเรียกประชุมใหญ่อีกครั้งภายในสี่สิบห้าวัน
