ในการตรวจสอบการดำเนินงานของคณะกรรมการ ให้ผู้ตรวจมีอำนาจเข้าไปตรวจในสถานที่ทำการงานต่าง ๆ ของสภาสถาปนิกในระหว่างเวลาทำงานได้ และให้ผู้ซึ่งเกี่ยวข้องอำนวยความสะดวก ช่วยเหลือ หรือให้คำชี้แจงแก่ผู้ตรวจตามควรแก่กรณี
