หมวด ๓ คณะกรรมการ
(๑) เป็นผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตระดับสามัญสถาปนิกมาแล้วไม่น้อยกว่าสิบปีหรือระดับวุฒิสถาปนิก
(๒) ไม่เคยถูกสั่งพักใช้ใบอนุญาตหรือเพิกถอนใบอนุญาต
(๓) ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย
