หมวด ๑ คณะกรรมการการขุดดินและถมดิน
(๑) ให้คำแนะนำในการออกกฎกระทรวงตามมาตรา ๖ (๒) ให้คำแนะนำแก่เจ้าพนักงานท้องถิ่นในการปฏิบัติการตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
(๓) พิจารณาอุทธรณ์คำสั่งของเจ้าพนักงานท้องถิ่น ตามมาตรา ๓๔ วรรคสอง (๔) ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นตามที่รัฐมนตรีมอบหมาย
