Section 36 พระราชบัญญัติแรงงานรัฐวิสาหกิจสัมพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2543
หมวด ๓ ข้อตกลงเกี่ยวกับสภาพการจ้างและวิธีระงับข้อพิพาทแรงงาน
(๑) บังคับหรือขู่เข็ญ ไม่ว่าโดยทางตรงหรือทางอ้อม ให้ลูกจ้างต้องเป็นหรือห้ามไม่ให้เป็นสมาชิกสหภาพแรงงาน หรือต้องออกจากการเป็นสมาชิกสหภาพแรงงานหรือ (๒) กระทำการใด ๆ อันอาจเป็นผลให้ฝ่ายนายจ้างฝ่าฝืนมาตรา ๓๕
