หมวด ๔ สหภาพแรงงาน
(๑) ถ้ามีข้อบังคับของสหภาพแรงงานกำหนดให้เลิกในกรณีใด เมื่อมีกรณีนั้น
(๒) ที่ประชุมใหญ่มีมติให้เลิก
(๓) ล้มละลาย
(๔) นายทะเบียนมีคำสั่งให้เลิกตามมาตรา ๖๖
