Section 10 พระราชบัญญัติการบัญชี พ.ศ. 2543
หมวด ๒ ผู้มีหน้าที่จัดทำบัญชี
(๑) เมื่อได้รับอนุญาตจากสารวัตรใหญ่บัญชีหรือสารวัตรบัญชีให้เปลี่ยนรอบปีบัญชีแล้วอาจปิดบัญชีก่อนครบรอบสิบสองเดือนได้
(๒) ในกรณีมีหน้าที่จัดทำบัญชีตามมาตรา ๘ วรรคสอง ให้ปิดบัญชีพร้อมกับสำนักงานใหญ่
