หมวด ๒ ผู้มีหน้าที่จัดทำบัญชี

ในการจัดทำบัญชี ผู้มีหน้าที่จัดทำบัญชีต้องส่งมอบเอกสารที่ต้องใช้ประกอบการลงบัญชีให้แก่ผู้ทำบัญชีให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน เพื่อให้บัญชีที่จัดทำขึ้นสามารถแสดงผลการดำเนินงาน ฐานะการเงิน หรือการเปลี่ยนแปลงฐานะการเงินที่เป็นอยู่ตามความเป็นจริงและตามมาตรฐานการบัญชี
