หมวด ๕ บทกำหนดโทษ

ผู้มีหน้าที่จัดทำบัญชีผู้ใดแจ้งข้อความตามมาตรา ๑๕ เป็นเท็จต่อสารวัตรใหญ่บัญชีหรือสารวัตรบัญชีว่าบัญชีหรือเอกสารที่ต้องใช้ประกอบการลงบัญชีสูญหายหรือเสียหายต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหกเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
