การโอนข้าราชการตุลาการไปเป็นข้าราชการพลเรือน ข้าราชการศาลยุติธรรม หรือข้าราชการฝ่ายอื่น ให้ประธานศาลฎีกาสั่งได้เมื่อข้าราชการตุลาการผู้นั้นยินยอมและ ก.ต. เห็นชอบ
