ส่วนที่ ๑ วินัย

ข้าราชการตุลาการต้องรักษาวินัยตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในส่วนนี้โดยเคร่งครัด และในเวลาพิจารณาพิพากษาคดีต้องอยู่ในมารยาทอันดีงาม ผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนจะต้องได้รับโทษตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในส่วนที่ ๓ ของหมวดนี้
