หมวด ๒ เขตอำนาจศาล

ห้ามมิให้ศาลยุติธรรมศาลใดศาลหนึ่งรับคดีซึ่งศาลยุติธรรมอื่นได้สั่งรับประทับฟ้องโดยชอบแล้วไว้พิจารณาพิพากษา เว้นแต่คดีนั้นจะได้โอนมาตามบทบัญญัติแห่งกฎหมายว่าด้วยวิธีพิจารณาความหรือตามพระธรรมนูญศาลยุติธรรม
