หมวด ๒ เขตอำนาจศาล

ศาลอุทธรณ์มีเขตตลอดท้องที่ที่มิได้อยู่ในเขตศาลอุทธรณ์ภาค ในกรณีที่มีการยื่นอุทธรณ์คดีต่อศาลอุทธรณ์ และคดีนั้นอยู่นอกเขตของศาลอุทธรณ์ ศาลอุทธรณ์อาจใช้ดุลพินิจยอมรับไว้พิจารณาพิพากษาหรือมีคำสั่งโอนคดีนั้นไปยังศาลอุทธรณ์ภาคที่มีเขตอำนาจ
