หมวด ๖ บทกำหนดโทษ

ในกรณีที่ผู้กระทำความผิดซึ่งจะต้องรับโทษตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้เป็นนิติบุคคล กรรมการ ผู้จัดการของนิติบุคคล และบุคคลใดซึ่งรับผิดชอบในการดำเนินงานของนิติบุคคลนั้น ต้องรับโทษตามที่บัญญัติไว้สำหรับความผิดนั้น ๆ ด้วย เว้นแต่จะพิสูจน์ได้ว่าตนมิได้มีส่วนในการกระทำผิดนั้น
