Section 7 พระราชบัญญัติสงเคราะห์ผู้ประสบภัยเนื่องจากการช่วยเหลือราชการ การปฏิบัติงานของชาติ หรือการปฏิบัติตามหน้าที่มนุษยธรรม พ.ศ. 2543

ในกรณีที่ผู้ประสบภัยถึงแก่ความตายเพราะเหตุได้กระทำการตามมาตรา ๕ ให้จ่ายเงินช่วยเหลือค่าจัดการศพแก่ทายาทซึ่งจัดการศพหรือผู้จัดการศพของผู้ประสบภัยตามหลักเกณฑ์ เงื่อนไข และอัตราที่กระทรวงการคลังกำหนด
