หมวด ๗ บทกำหนดโทษ

น้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงหรือทรัพย์สินใดบรรดาที่ศาลมีคำพิพากษาให้ริบให้ส่งมอบแก่กรมธุรกิจพลังงาน*เพื่อทำลายหรือจัดการตามที่เห็นสมควรต่อไป ในกรณีที่ต้องทำลาย ให้ศาลมีคำสั่งในคำพิพากษาให้เจ้าของชำระค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้นให้แก่ทางราชการด้วย
