Section 46 พระราชบัญญัติการรถไฟฟ้าขนส่งมวลชนแห่งประเทศไทย พ.ศ. 2543
หมวด ๔ สัมปทาน
(๑) ตรวจและรับมอบงานที่ได้รับสัมปทานกิจการรถไฟฟ้าทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วน
(๒) ได้รับอนุญาตให้เดินรถ ในกรณีที่เป็นการให้สัมปทานการเดินรถไฟฟ้า
(๓) เมื่อมีการเพิกถอนสัมปทานตามมาตรา ๕๑ หรือมาตรา ๕๓
