หมวด ๒ การดำเนินการไกล่เกลี่ยและประนอมข้อพิพาท

เพื่อประโยชน์ในการพิจารณาการสะดุดหยุดลงของอายุความในการฟ้องร้องคดี ให้ถือว่าวันที่คู่พิพาทแจ้งความประสงค์ตามข้อ ๑๑ วรรคหนึ่ง เป็นวันยื่นข้อพิพาท กรณีที่แจ้งความประสงค์โดยวิธีส่งทางไปรษณีย์ ให้ถือวันที่อำเภอได้รับหนังสือแจ้ง
