หมวด ๖ สัญญาให้บริการโทรคมนาคม

ผู้รับใบอนุญาตต้องจัดให้มีการเผยแพร่แบบสัญญาและการกำหนดเงื่อนไขในการให้บริการของตนเป็นการทั่วไปตามวิธีการที่คณะกรรมการกำหนด และต้องแสดงไว้ในที่เปิดเผยเห็นได้ง่าย ณ ที่ทำการของผู้รับใบอนุญาตเพื่อให้ประชาชนทั่วไปสามารถตรวจสอบได้
