หมวด ๑๐ บทกำหนดโทษ

ผู้รับใบอนุญาตผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนมาตรา ๒๑ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือปรับไม่เกินหกแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ และในกรณีที่กระทำความผิดซ้ำต้องระวางโทษเป็นทวีคูณ
