หมวด ๑๐ บทกำหนดโทษ

ผู้ใดทำให้เสียหาย ทำลาย ทำให้เสื่อมค่า ทำให้ไร้ประโยชน์ซึ่งเครื่องหมาย ทุ่น หรือสิ่งอื่นใดที่กำหนดไว้เพื่อการคุ้มครองระบบโทรคมนาคมตามมาตรการที่คณะกรรมการประกาศกำหนดตามมาตรา ๔๔ วรรคสอง ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสองปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสี่แสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
