(๑) ตาย
(๒) ลาออก
(๓) ขาดคุณสมบัติตามมาตรา ๑๓ (๑) (๒) หรือ (๕)
(๔) คณะกรรมการมีมติให้พ้นจากสมาชิกภาพเพราะเห็นว่าเป็นผู้นำมาซึ่งความเสื่อมเสียเกียรติศักดิ์แห่งวิชาชีพตามมาตรา ๑๓ (๓) หรือ (๔)
(๕) ไม่ชำระค่าขึ้นทะเบียนสมาชิก ค่าบำรุง หรือค่าธรรมเนียม โดยไม่มีเหตุอันควรตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดในข้อบังคับสัตวแพทยสภา
