หมวด ๓ คณะกรรมการสัตวแพทยสภา
(๑) เป็นผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพการสัตวแพทย์ชั้นหนึ่ง
(๒) ไม่เคยถูกสั่งพักใช้ใบอนุญาตหรือเพิกถอนใบอนุญาตตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ หรือตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการควบคุมการบำบัดโรคสัตว์
(๓) ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย
