หมวด ๑ สัญญาอนุญาโตตุลาการ

ในสัญญาระหว่างหน่วยงานของรัฐกับเอกชนไม่ว่าเป็นสัญญาทางปกครองหรือไม่ก็ตาม คู่สัญญาอาจตกลงให้ใช้วิธีการอนุญาโตตุลาการในการระงับข้อพิพาทได้ และให้สัญญาอนุญาโตตุลาการดังกล่าวมีผลผูกพันคู่สัญญา
